# ActionProxy

ActionProxy is an open-source execution-governance gateway for AI agent tool calls. It evaluates concrete actions using deterministic policy, can queue selected calls for human review, controls the transition into execution, and records correlatable lifecycle evidence.

## Scope

ActionProxy Community v0.1 is a capable local and self-hosted developer preview. It is not a hosted SaaS control plane, a complete production authorization boundary, an IAM provider, a full agent framework, or a compliance-certified product. Native production SaaS connector runtimes are not included; real effects use an external runner or downstream MCP server.
